There could be some flex on salary for the right candidate - and even opportunities to be an Exec VP with development work across the Trust. They are looking to grow which could, for an ambitious VP, offer the opportunity for Headship at a later date.
The Head at this school has experience of working in an 'Outstanding' setting and wants to take this school from 'Good' to 'Outstanding' offering great experience and CPD for the incoming VP. They want to develop the 'whole' child not just exam results.
As well as being an outstanding practitioner, the successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading within Personal Development, Behaviour and Welfare with strong experience in safeguarding. The ability to make productive and positive relationships with parents and the community is key, as well as evidence of impact in driving standards forward to accelerate progress and raise attainment.
This role will enable you to lead ambitious teams of staff and young people in our drive, to build character and cultural capital through the experiences and opportunities we provide. Therefore, the ability to inspire, lead, manage and coach others are essential.
