Seeking an effective middle leader to support the Principal in curriculum and operations
Your new school
We are currently working with a Birmingham Special school based centrally in the city. The school caters from pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) aged between 16 - 19 years old.
Your new role The key purpose of this job is to provide strategic leadership and direction to the curriculum, quality and learner experience within the College to enable and to facilitate the delivery of high quality education and training. To manage the curriculum areas of the College effectively to achieve high learner outcomes and progression.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a holder of qualified teacher status with at least 6 months experience of working in a management / senior teacher position. You will be a strong effective communicator and have experience of leading others, which can be referenced. You also need to have previous experience of working with special schools or SEND settings, having experience of working with ASD, EBSD, MLD pupils.
