Are you an experienced leader across Customer Success with Insurance experience? Have you successfully nurtured and developed corporate client bases? Your role will involve the development of customer relationships and promoting continued retention and loyalty, all with seamless service throughout the process. Working closely with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and relaying feedback across the brand resulting in any areas of improvement being rectified right away. Consistently maintaining key accounts, resolving escalation of customer issues and continually contributing to revenue generation through renewal, upselling and expansion.
