Veterinary Sales Representative

I am working with an innovative start up company based in Oxford. They are currently recruiting for a a Sales Representative in their Veterinary division to increase brand awareness and sales of their product across the UK.

Responsibilities:

- Field based selling directly to veterinary surgeons throughout the UK
- Supporting veterinary surgeons with their use of the products
- Helping to develop good clinical practice for veterinary applications
- Ensuring compliance with the quality system
- Attending appropriate veterinary conferences
- Promoting and selling the product through direct sales, educational sessions and CPD events
- Supporting and working with veterinary technical advisors
- Identifying, networking and developing strong working relationships with key customers and customer groups
- Coordinating sales, marketing and technical activities within the field to deliver against the agreed Business unit objectives
- Motivating the team to ensure that sales targets are achieved in-line with the business unit and overall business
- Coordinating the development, implementation and monitoring of territory plans

Requirements:
- 2+ Years experience in Veterinary Sales (essential)
- Equine or Companion animal background
- Ability to travel across the UK

This is a UK wide role, candidates can be based across England but need to be near a city with good travel links.
