You will be part of a lively and reputable family veterinary practice based in North Devon. You will be part of a supportive team with a passion for animals and providing good service.
Your new role
You will be responsible for managing a busy reception desk, dealing with a high volume of telephone enquiries and booking requests using bespoke veterinary software. You will also be responsible for meeting and greeting customers and their animals upon arrival and getting them booked in.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need excellent customer service skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a passion for animals. Good IT skills are essential.
