Venues Co-ordinator

The main part of this fantastic role involves booking events/venues throughout the UK and using a CRM and database. Similar experience or sales support experience is essential as this is a busy, varied role and you will need to be able to hit the ground running. Working in a lovely rural location in a converted barn, working conditions do not get any better than this and the hours are just 9-5 Mon to Fri with an hour for lunch. The team environment is friendly and the company are supportive and encourage learning and development. (nb due to location you MUST have a car)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaison with external Booking sources on future Venue Bookings
  • Responsible for all Venue Bookings within delegated Areas and ensuring Venue Profiles are met
  • Responsible for the booking of Shows within delegated Areas
  • Management of Venue Issues / Escalations as and when they arise through to resolution
  • Liaison with Client Services on any Charity escalations
  • Investigate and resolve Venue related complaints whilst keeping appropriate personal informed
  • Venue Co-ordinator cover for Holiday and Sickness
  • Build up and continue to improve upon Regional Area knowledge base
  • Manage Reschedules and Transferred in order to ensure a solid Venue mix / Venue Profiles are met
  • Build up and continue to improve upon Regional Area knowledge base
  • Record and assist with Trend analysis
  • Contribute to Regional Venue Strategy
  • Attend Regional Meetings
