Venue Supervisor - Monday to Friday - Daytime Work - £22k

The Change Group have just taken on a unique and exciting role which is sure to challenge a candidate that is looking for a fantastic working environment.

A large Community Centre in North London is looking for a Venue Supervisor to oversee and assist with its daily operations. The venue will host a wide variety of functions including theatre shows, film screenings, live music performances, celebrity talks and small intimate events.

As Venue Supervisor you will report directly to the Building Manager and be responsible for the overall running of this busy space. You will be the main point of contact for all events and will work closely with a Housekeeper to set up and clear down classes and workshops.

We are also looking for a candidate that possesses the following attributes:

  • Engaging, friendly and pro-active personality.
  • Ability to identify a problem and help resolve it quickly and efficiently.
  • Clear communicator that can deal with managers across the venue.
  • Happy to work in a laid back, charity environment with an interest in the arts.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £22,000 along with 41 days holiday, company benefits and free exhibitions of your choice.
