Seasoned Events Ltd is an award-winning event caterer and event management company, with over 30 years’ experience in the events industry. We work with an impressive portfolio of UK and international clients delivering fantastic events in some of London’s finest venues including corporate events, private parties, weddings, product launches, fashion shows, film premieres and charity fundraising dinners.

An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are currently looking for a Venue Operations Manager to manage and deliver all aspects of the venue and catering operation at Tower Bridge.


The successful candidate will be required to:

  • Plan and deliver events across the venue

  • Ensure an excellent client relationship is maintained and developed

  • Recruit, interview, induct, train and appraise staff members in accordance with Company policy

  • Ensure that the personal development of individuals is monitored

  • Identify and address training needs for staff

  • Host or attend both sale and operational site visits

  • Negotiate prices that are mutually beneficial to customers and gain revenue for the Company

  • Ensure all hygiene, health and safety is up to standard

  • Ensure security and accuracy of all cash floats and accompanying stock sheets

  • Monitor invoice payments

Person specification

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within a similar role

  • Previous managerial experience

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Excellent communication skills
