Our well established client in Fulham is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and creative individual to join their strategic team. You will need to be organised as you will be managing and engaging a large number of clients, and maintaining a busy portfolio diary.

Our client has a large portfolio of 40 venues across London which they hire out to public sector and corporate companies, the venues themselves boast a range of unique and sort after facilities for their customers. Your responsibility will be to ensure that those venues are being booked at maximum capacity therefore negotiation skills are a must as our client is forecasting large growth over the coming years for which your imputed will impact.

Your verbal and written communication should be of a high standard as your core business will come from enquiries both over the phone and via email.

In the long term our client will be looking for someone who is confident at producing attractive marketing materials and creative content writing so experience and aptitude in both is essential. Attending events will also be a part of your role so would need to be confident networking face to face with potential clientele.

There is a financial aspect of the role which would include supporting and development of finance reports, forecasts and management information, supporting the calculation and payment of extra duty payments and unit distributions.

We would expect a successful candidate to be able to learn quickly and be proactive in order to help the company succeed their business goals.
