We are looking to recruit a full-time Venue Coordinator for our Client. You will be responsible for sourcing venues for a variety of client events and processing reservations using the unique accommodation booking system.
This opportunity will suit someone looking to join a small friendly team working Mon-Fri 37.5 hrs per week.
Main tasks of job:
To assist with the administration and placing of the meeting, conference, training and event requirements of our clients at hotels and venues across the UK and internationally ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times
To assist our clients with securing the most suitable options for their requirements taking in to account the client brief, budgets and objectives.
To deal with incoming telephone calls to our office with client/delegate telephone bookings, queries, amendments and general questions and provide an excellent customer experience in all interactions
To adhere to Service Level Agreements in place with our clients, working within agreed time-frames and communicating effectively with our clients
To deal with any client compliments or complaints in an effective and efficient manner, referring them to a Specialist/Manager or securing an appropriate solution for all parties where necessary
To provide excellent levels of accuracy, customer service and attention to detail to our clients for all accommodation and meetings requests
To maintain excellent relations with our hotel and venue partners at all times, engaging in appointments to the office and attending site visits and education visits where required
To assist with general administration tasks and office duties to support the operation of the office as requested by the Senior Team
