Based: Northwich (CW9)

Up to £11.50ph

The Company:

Our client is a long established family run dealership with several branches located throughout the North West. They pride themselves on providing a first class customer service for new and used vehicle sales backed up by a dedicated service team.

Role:

To ensure customer satisfaction in the service and repair of motor vehicles of all types.

To test vehicles and diagnose as and when required by Workshop Controller.

To interpret and implement technical service instruction data.

To ensure Manufacturer and Company compliance with all administration standards and procedures.

To test drive and ensure vehicles comply with safety standards when returned to customer or that faults have been reported and noted on job card.

To report current and possible future vehicle faults and servicing requirements noticed whilst working on vehicles.

To record information on Job Cards to Manufacturer and Company standards

To ensure that all work carried out is to MOT and/or manufacturers' safety standards.

To care for all plant equipment and tools belonging to dealership

To recover damaged or defective vehicles as and when necessary.

Required Skills:

Current and relevant experience in the servicing and repair of motor vehicles.

Qualified to NVQ Level 2/3 in Vehicle Maintenance - Service Replacement, Level 3, Vehicle Mechanical and Electronic Systems - Maintenance and Repair.
