My client is currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join their busy service department in Nottingham. This is a successful dealership with a strong and stable team in place who thrive to deliver high standards of service.
The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in their dealerships. Customer service isn't just about providing a service - it's about building warm, trusted relationships. A Service Advisor acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring customer satisfaction levels are outstanding. Therefore, they are looking for an individual with excellent time management, organisational and inter-personal skills to join the team.
Being a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer the following day to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.
