Vehicle Sales Executive BRISTOL OTE £45K plus car
This well established family-run franchise dealership group have developed a strong presence in the South West region over the last 30 years. This position has arisen in Central Bristol and applications are invited from candidates with relevant experience in the industry.
The role includes:
Customer Satisfaction (CSI): You will build trust, communicate effectively and exceed our customer's expectations, whilst providing a service-based experience. In essence you will ensure that our customers buying experience is industry leading.
Maximising Opportunities: Through prospecting, following-up calls, in-bound telephone enquiries, walk in prospects and Internet enquiries you will be developing Customer Relationships through qualification and creating an effective first impression.
Maximising Profit: By following the sales process and achieving the monthly KPI's for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products.
Data Quality and FCA Compliance: To accurately and vigorously collect all customer contact and vehicle data (adhering to the Company's FCA obligations) in order to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.
We would be interested to hear from candidates with the following qualities / experience:
Experience of a manufacturer is desirable, but not essential
Confidence in your ability to persuade and influence others
Drive, energy and talent
Well presented individual with the ability to quickly establish and build rapport with customers
Excellent telephone manner, understanding of sales process and the importance of customer communication and prospecting
Real hunger to succeed, meet and exceed targets and KPI's
UK Driving licence
Benefits Competitive salary up to £16k realistic OTE of £45* 5.5 day working week: working hours 8 am - 6pm Monday to Saturday (day off in a week), and every other Sunday 10am - 4pm* Company Car* Contributory Pension* 22 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
