Term- Perm Contract 
Shift pattern- Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30
Rate- £22k - £25k 

We are looking for a VEHICLE SALES ADMINISTRATOR  for a role in London - West Drayton.
Previous Vehicle Sales Admin Experience Needed

Main Purpose Of The Job

To provide the best level of service to customers/Leasing Companies while maintaining a satisfactory profit contribution to the Dealership.  Contribute to the development of all operating and administrative policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of all tasks accurately and in a timely manner

Detailed Responsibilities

Assist in daily running of Corporate Department to include but not limited to:

v  Daily document download via IVS

v  Taxing via AFRL

v  Invoicing using VSB Autoline

v  Enter all VDC & V Group invoices

v  Provide accurate vehicle quotes and lead times to customers/clients

v  Day to Day maintenance of Ebbon-Daccs and any other lease company vehicle ordering system, providing accurate and timely quotes and updates the vehicle/orders

v  Ordering of BMW/Mini products on the manufacturers system, checking against client orders in all cases.  Where required, call and check the specification with the driver

v  Monitor and continuously achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.  Identify problems, suggest corrective action where required, including new operating procedures

v  Check the consignment note on day of download.  Update Ebbon or customer and offer for delivery after checking the release date from Southampton/Thorne or Oxford

v  Confirm onward delivery to the customer and arrange the necessary transport keeping to the agreed mile restrictions

v  Keep the Corporate Manager updated with customer orders, communicating updates etc.

v  Assist with any production presentation material and promotial events

v  Assist with Department Managers to resolve queries

v  Assist in the Internal Accounts reconcile each month

v  Communication with LBDM’s, retail sales, service and parts department to create good relationships with the departments

v  Ad hoc as required
