Vehicle Parts Sales Administrator
Location: Shoreham by Sea
Salary: £18k + benefit package
I have great pleasure in supporting my client in the recruitment of a dynamic and customer focused Sales and Operations Administrator to join their busy operations department based in their offices in Shoreham by Sea.
* Assisting customers with their queries
* Processing orders
* Answering technical questions using the electronic catalogues
* Provide assistance for the external sales team
* Deal with stock and delivery queries
* Entering orders onto the system and using the SAP system
* Produce order acknowledgement's
* Raise invoices and customer statements
* Liaising with the warehouse to ensure orders are dealt with effectively
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* A good knowledge of vehicle parts
* Ability to prioritise effectively
* Excellent telephone manner
* Well organised and customer focused
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Experience of using SAP would be an advantage
