Salary - £36,500 basic + bonus

Hours - Monday - Friday, Saturdays 1 / 3, 45hr Week

We have a new vacancy for a Vehicle Damage Assessor for my clients Bodyshop in Mitcham. Excellent opportunity for a Vehicle Damage Assessor to join a highly productive workshop. This role suits a Vehicle Damage Assessor looking for a long-term role.

The Role -

Working closely with clients and customers you will be inspecting damage on vehicles to access what work would be required, time scales and cost for any work completed.

- Estimating damage and inputting all workflow onto the systems (Systems include Audatex).

- Looking at the most cost-effective repair method.

- Be able to explain why you believe the work is required and liaise with customers and insurance companies in a professional manner.

- Reviewing ongoing jobs and identifying issues.

- Working closely with any warranty or an insurance paperwork.

Requirements -

- Ideally you will have the ATA VDA (Vehicle Damage Assessor) Estimator accreditation though this isn't essential as we will consider candidates with time served experience.

- Professional and confident character who is able to deliver a strong customer service.
