VAT Support Executive - Farnham - £16k - £18k,
I am delighted to be assisting my client in the financial services sector in finding a VAT Support Executive to join their team.
The role does not require any previous experience, so this is a great opportunity for a graduate looking to gain some corporate experience within a company who invests in its’ people and offers a fantastic working environment and excellent benefits.
- Acting as the first point of contact for new clients; providing excellent customer service and advising them of their VAT application process.
- Chasing outstanding paperwork from clients.
- Submitting and handling the lifecycle of clients’ applications.
- Carrying out department administration duties.
- General management & administration of registered clients
- Responding to client queries via telephone and email.
- Outstanding customer service
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Inquisitive and analytically minded
- Excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner
- Experience of Microsoft Office; especially Excel
