When it comes to service, our customers deserve only the very best. So as a Service Lounge Consultant in our new Service Lounge, it will be your job to provide that. The first lounge of its kind to provide world-class luxury service to customers from across the globe. From the moment you first meet and greet our guests until the moment they leave, you’ll strive to deliver a pro-active, considered service. Engaging customers, you’ll deal with any enquiries in a professional, courteous manner. Plus, you’ll manage the flow of customers through the lounge to make sure every one of your guests enjoys the same extraordinary level of service.
KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
You will act as an ambassador of both the service and the business providing superior world class customer service. This includes building relationships with the client and both internal and external contacts. Your responsibilities in the role will include: gaining trust and loyalty from clients; developing good working relationships, evaluating issues/requests, acting accordingly and knowing when to escalate to a member of the management team.
