The Company

Founded in 2014, Evapo is a fast-growing retail and wholesale business in the e--cigarette industry, with 29 retail outlets in the UK and 1 in Gibraltar, as well as a transactional e--commerce site. Evapo sells a wide range of e-­cigarettes, vaporizers, accessories and e­--liquids sourced from around the world. In addition, the company has a joint interest in a manufacturing facility and testing laboratory in Northern Ireland.

The Job

We are looking for a talented Assistant Manager to join our Guildford store.

You will need extensive knowledge of everything to do with vaping, as well as a proven track record in a supervisory position within a retail environment. You will be a self-motivated individual with a positive can-do attitude, customer-focused, with strong interpersonal skills, great organisational skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

You will be responsible for helping the Manager with every aspect of the day-to-day operation of the store, including staff management, creating shift rotas, helping with stock-related issues, conducting stock booking audits, assisting with mail order inquiries, phone calls and advising customers on their orders, and helping out with retail events.
