Van Sales Executive

This highly successful specialist motor retail group now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive for their Van Centre in Leicester. This award-winning group continue to build on their reputation for providing first class service to their customers.

This role will suit a self-motivated, proactive, target orientated and resourceful professional who has a committed approach to customer care and is an exceptional communicator.
The key areas of responsibility for this role shall be;

  • Delivery of personal sales targets
  • Identification and development of new business
  • Development of existing retail and fleet customers


Preferred Qualifications and experience

  • Van or Fleet Sales experience
  • Fleet, Contract Hire or Rental sales knowledge
  • A demonstrable track record of business development


Applications are encouraged from candidates who are currently working as a Sales Manager or a very experienced Sales Executive with New or Used Van business development experience. We would be very interested in applicants that have a stable background and are currently working in the franchise dealer network or contract hire & rental business sector.


This role boasts excellent commission structure and an achievable OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 plus a company car, 23 days holiday and a contributory pension scheme.


Working hard comes with the reward of incentives for top performers, regular training to maintain an excellent knowledge of products and process and the team will often celebrate their joint success with meals out and drinks.
