Van Driver

Van Driver (Multi-Drop, 15–25 deliveries per day)

• Role: Van driver
• Location: Swindon.
• Pay: £13.23 - £13.82
• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 0600am starts

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out 15–25 multi-drop deliveries to residential and commercial addresses each day.
• Load, unload, and secure goods safely in the van.
• Plan routes efficiently to meet delivery schedules and deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service at every drop, ensuring professionalism and courtesy.
• Complete all delivery paperwork and use handheld devices/scanners where required.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks, report defects, and maintain cleanliness of the van.
• Follow all road safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence (with no more than 6 penalty points).
• Previous van driving or multi-drop delivery experience preferred but not always essential.
• Good knowledge of local routes and ability to use sat-nav/route-planning apps.
• Physically fit to handle parcels and occasional heavy lifting.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.

Typical Hours:

• 0600 - finish time (50 hours per week)
