Prospect is seeking an energetic, dynamic and experienced estate agent with a friendly and customer focused approach to join our cafe style office in Bracknell.

We invest heavily in our staff and ambitious individuals have the opportunity to progress up through the company at a fast pace. You should be confident building relationships with new clients, helping vendors to sell their property and purchasers to buy a new home.

We ensure that all of our vendors are provided with a first class service, selling their property at the right price, quickly. Everyone is set targets dependent upon experience, but more than anything, we work together as a team.

Skills Required:

- Residential sales experience essential

- Ability to work well under pressure

- Able to cross sell other services e.g. conveyancing

Excellent communication skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Target driven and dynamic

- Full UK driving licence
