Our client based in Middlesbrough is looking for an experienced Residential Sales Valuer to work for their company, an Estate Agents based in Middlesbrough. This role is a great opportunity to join a reputable company.
Responsibilities and duties within this role:
- Achieve sales targets by generating new business
- Develop new business and contacts with developers, companies and relocation agents.
- Carry out sales valuations following HPG processes and complying with legislation.
- Produce property details for newly instructed properties and ensure these are conducive to generate viewings through excellent photographs and compliance to CPR.
- Ensure all properties are updated on the website and portals,then conduct property match.
- Produce property adverts as appropriate for local media.
- Maintain contact with vendors
- Managing stock with reductions where necessary
- Excellent communication face to face and over the phone.
Candidates must have the following experience to be considered:
- Experience in valuing and listing
- Proven track record of a minimum conversion rate of at least 40%.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience in Residential Sales
