Valuations Surveyor needed - Gloucester based - £35 - £38k salary

Your new company
You will be working for a well established Public Sector organisation. This Local authority are in an exciting stage as they are currently undertaking new and exciting projects. They are looking for a valuations surveyor to join the asset management department.

Your new role
You will be working as a valuations surveyor for this local authority. You will be completing asset valuations and red book valuations. You will be completing general asset management tasks also that would be included in a general practice surveying role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a registered valuer or be RICS accredited in valuation. You will need this as you will be signing off work and completing red book valuations. You will need to be experienced and ideally from a public sector background to understand the processes.
