This role has come available due a long serving member of the practice taking the next step with them to a more senior role.
Day to day duties are anticipated to largely cover Red Book valuation work for a range of purposes including secured lending, accounting and taxation. The workload will be predominantly within the commercial markets, focusing upon the principal sectors of industrial, office and retail property. Also dealing with portfolio and residential valuation instructions, which the candidate will be expected to deal with as part of a wider team tasked with delivery. Geographical coverage is focused upon Northamptonshire and the surrounding Counties.
Candidates wishing to pursue a diverse workload are encouraged as there are opportunities within our other professional/agency departments.
Ideally have two years post qualification experience and be an RICS Registered Valuer, preferably engaged in the local markets. An individual whom is autonomous, motivated and organised, but also capable of working as an effective team player.
Those experienced solely in residential valuation are also encouraged to apply.
