A well-established, successful and forward thinking company is looking for an articulate, experienced Valuation Surveyor to be located at their Gravesend office. Candidates for this role must be a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS/FRICS) and be a RICSRegistered Valuer. You will be able to show that you have extensive knowledge of commercial property/development/investment valuation and landlord & tenant work. You will need to be commercially aware with the ability to assist with new business generation and able to show flexibility in your approach to achieving the desired results.
Perceptive and analytical, you have excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. You are team oriented although comfortable working without supervision. Candidates must hold a clean, full UK driving license and be able to provide their own vehicle (with business insurance) for this role
A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook and Excel is essential
The Role - As a Valuation Surveyor you will be principally involved in providing a range of professional valuation, landlord & tenant services across the region, but predominantly in mid/West-Kent and South East London.
Brief Summary of Duties
- To deal with a range of professional surveying work, principally valuations, development site appraisals, rent reviews, lease renewals, other landlord and tenant matters.
- To build and maintain good relationships whilst actively promoting the Company by meeting and developing relationships with new and potential clients.
Business Mileage: 45p per mile
Benenden Benenden health care is free after one year's service although you can self-fund for the first year.
