Talent Hub is working with a successful and supportive financial services company in East Sussex. Working across all aspects of marketing, digital and television the UX adn Web Analyst will explore and optimise customer experience across a range of channels.

The Customer Experience Analyst job includes the following:

  • Help improve our conversion rate by identifying opportunities across the new business sales and within their customer account portal journey
  • improve the customer experience along their online journey
  • optimise the profit mix obtained through their partners
  • understand behavioural dynamics by customer segment
  • Maximise the customer lifetime value obtained with each of their partners through customer and journey insights
  • KPI analysis and reporting
  • Customer path-to-purchase journey analysis
  • Customer segmentation
  • Tactical analysis and A-B / MVT testing
  • Demand forecasting
  • Turning analysis into a business case

You will have the following skills and experience:

  • Analytics experience required with a particular emphasis on digital performance
  • Highly numerate as well as passionate about the use of analytics
  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as GA, Adobe or similar is essential
  • Experience in the implementation of tracking (eg. tagging) is preferable
  • Computer literate with Microsoft Office skills including intermediate / advanced Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Insurance industry or financial services experience or B2C
  • Ability to work under time pressures with major business partners
