UX Designer - Innovator looking to disrupt traditional service

This is a fantastic opportunity for a UX designer to join an innovator looking to disrupt traditional service. You will be working on cutting-edge projects aiming to improve the lives of 30 million people worldwide in their management of finance and risk over the long term.

My client has recently opened up an inventive new technology hub at a trendy location in London to develop and explore new digital tools for customers. They pride themselves on their outstanding work culture in which everyone supports one another and come to work with a smile every day.

This will be an autonomous work environment in which you will be expected to manage your own time and come up with your own ideas whilst at the same time collaborating with other members of the team of 20 ambitious UR/UX & Designers. You will have the opportunity to see your products from start to finish in a company that is passionate about long term career progression.

The Role

This is the right role for smart self-starters who are able to use their analytical brain to solve complicated problems. You will be working collaboratively with people from all aspects of the business including Researchers, Developers, Copywriters and Stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Discovering customer needs
  • Solving customer problems through design process
  • Producing wireframes & prototypes
  • Discovery of user journeys and personas
  • Developing existing designs

The candidate:

The candidate will be truly passionate about UX and be willing to put in the hard work and effort in order to achieve results. They will be capable of taking a complex problem and deconstructing it.

  • Prev. experience at a reputable company
  • At least 2 years UX experience
  • You will have a passion for learning
  • You will not be scared to fail in order to succeed
  • You will be able to demonstrate conceptual and analytical thinking
