The experience we need.
- 3+ years of commercial UX experience with solid experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research
- Strong skills in content modelling, sketching, running workshops, prototyping and journey mapping for UX projects
- Experience in managing the whole UX (user experience) lifecycle, from shaping architecture and technical quality through to delivery and testing
- Exposure to the publishing industry and in coaching / developing junior members of the team would also be highly desirable!
As the team's UX (User Experience) Architect you will be sat within the wider experience team of Developers and UI Designers and will have huge scope to practise evidence-based design and UX strategy to deliver a variety of experiences for the company's various brands and products. You'll be responsible for extracting the useful user evidence and communicating insights via qualitative and quantitative methods. Good communication skills is also a must for this one as you'll be liaising regularly with different stakeholders and business units on a regular basis.
