My client is a real estate investment and development company who are looking for a Utilities Coordinator to join their team.

Your main duties will be as follows;

  • Set up new contracts
  • Check and authorise invoices
  • New meter installation
  • Smart meter reviews
  • Recharges of meters at site
  • Liaising with property managers and sites as well as utility companies
  • Any other ad hoc queries
  • Occasional site trips may be required

You MUST have some experience working within the utilities sector to be considered for the role.
