UX Designer - London (hybrid)

I’m working with a fast-paced, tech-focused, global technology platform that’s undergoing a multi-year transformation program to revolutionize its B2C services. Backed by substantial investment and part of a financially stable group, this company is embarking on a multi-year transformation program, making now the perfect time to join their journey. My client is seeking a UX Designer to join their founding Engineering team in London as the sole UX Designer, this is an opportunity to bring your expertise and drive the UX vision of this fast growing business.

Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days per week in London

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 (bonus, benefits TBC)

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

What You Will Do

  • Design intuitive and engaging web and mobile applications for B2C/B2B users.
  • Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, and UI components using Figma.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into user-friendly experiences.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Optimize UX/UI for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across multiple devices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UX/UI design for both web and mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in Figma for prototyping, wireframing, and design asset creation.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
  • Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Start-up mentality—adaptable, innovative, and eager to take ownership.
