You'll bring deep UX experience gained within an Agile environment, and will be able to demonstrate strong experience and achievements across design, testing (using varied tools and methods), building for accessibility needs and low digital literacy and above all clearly demonstrate a customer-centric approach to problem solving. Ideally you'll have good experience with Adobe products and will have managed small teams or mentored team members and be looking to develop your management skills as well as your creative and technical skills.
