User Engagement Co-ordinator (home based)
User Engagement Co-ordinator (home based) required for a technically advanced digital marketing organisation with a significant global presence. Working from home on a flexible basis your role will be to engage with newly on boarded clients to introduce them to the companies platform, ensuring new user registration is completed correctly and that users are given a tour of the various features of the application and platform. The role would suit an outgoing and friendly individual with a good understanding (as a user) of typical IOS or Android applications. This is not a sales role, users are expecting to be contacted and taken through the registration process however we are looking for people who can promote the various features of hte application in an enthusiastic and engaging manner. We have 6-8 weeks immediate work with the strong likelihood of ongoing engagement.
