Our Prestigious and exciting Nottingham based client are recruiting for a number of Temporary Payment Support Advisors to join their growing team.
The role is a full time position, 12pm - 8pm, working 37.5 hours per week including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.
The role is to be key point of contact for their customers, you are expected to provide exceptional service and in all cases maintaining positive relationships. Working on both outbound & inbound calls, gaining immediate payments and payment plans over the telephone from their customers while using communication skills and open questioning techniques to quickly establish the cause of a customers missed payment.
It is ESSENTIAL that you will be able to pass a credit check and have a clear credit history with no CC J's, defaults or late payments on your credit file.
This is an on-going temporary position with the possibility of becoming a permanent role, we do ask on the clients behalf that for the first 6 weeks of your assignment you have no holiday's.
