URGENT Scandinavian Speaking Customer Care

My client, a highly reputable, innovative and enthusiastic company with a passion for looking after their staff, are actively looking for German speaking Customer Care Officer's to come and add value to their call centre for a 3 month contract (possibly extended depending on performance). - Also recruiting for German & Scandinavian speaking positions (please see other job adverts via our website or the job portal you are viewing this advert on)

The job will entail inbound call answering/emailing regarding customers queries, concerns and complaints.

Specific role requirement:

  • Will be working in the Customer Care Department
  • Will deal with customer complaints/queries - written correspondence only
  • Must have attention to detail as they will be issuing refunds/vouchers
  • Must be a quick learner and be able to juggle several systems/programs
  • Must be computer literate and an understanding of Word & Excel
  • Must have fluent English as well as spoken language recruiting for
  • Understanding of travel industry preferable
