My client, a highly reputable, innovative and enthusiastic company with a passion for looking after their staff, are actively looking for German speaking Customer Care Officer's to come and add value to their call centre for a 3 month contract (possibly extended depending on performance). - Also recruiting for German & Scandinavian speaking positions (please see other job adverts via our website or the job portal you are viewing this advert on)
The job will entail inbound call answering/emailing regarding customers queries, concerns and complaints.
Specific role requirement:
- Will be working in the Customer Care Department
- Will deal with customer complaints/queries - written correspondence only
- Must have attention to detail as they will be issuing refunds/vouchers
- Must be a quick learner and be able to juggle several systems/programs
- Must be computer literate and an understanding of Word & Excel
- Must have fluent English as well as spoken language recruiting for
- Understanding of travel industry preferable
