URGENT Permanent Customer Payment Support Advisor

Our loyal Nottingham Based clients are currently recruiting for a number of Permanent Customer Payment Support Advisor to join their growing team.

This is a full time role, working 37.5 hours per week, between the hours of 8am - 8pm.

It is ESSENTIAL that you will be able to pass a credit check and have a clear credit history with no CC J's or bankruptcy.

Duties will include but not be limited to;

  • Dealing with both inbound and outbound queries
  • Email Communication
  • Speaking in details with customer around their financial situation
  • Full I&E Screening
  • Gaining immediate payments
  • Setting up payment plans where needed

The successful candidate will ideally have exceptional customer service and or call centre experience and will have a dynamic telephone manner, high attention to details, strong written and verbal communication skills and a flare for exceeding set targets.
