Are you looking for a role in which to further develop your already strong membership experience, working for a prestigious healthcare-related organisation? Do you have experience in implementing changes to a CRM system, leading on projects designed to improve processes for membership?
You will be familiar with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Configuration skills, confident liaising with developers to solve any problems that arise with the transformation project and able to carry out user acceptance testing. You will also have experience of process mapping and a working knowledge of data protection.
This is a 12-months fixed-term contract, paying up to £35,000 per annum. The role could become a permanent one for the right candidate.
