Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
As the Upgrade Sales & Technical Administrator, you will have a crucial role in managing the sales and support of upgrades and spare parts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the processing of quotes and maintaining consistent follow-up communication with customers.
- Coordinating and managing new orders, ensuring timely execution and generating new sales.
- Supporting the internal team with complex spare parts inquiries.
- Overseeing the management of all relevant documentation and logs for upgrades.
- Collaborating with service departments to schedule installation appointments and communicate delivery dates to customers.
- Working towards and exceeding works order targets through effective coordination and execution.
Essential:
- A commercial flair and awareness as this role involves sales with a technical element.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel, Word, and customer management systems.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to work, thriving under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards team building.
Desirable:
- SAP or other data management systems.
