- Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Answering telephone queries.
- Taking formal minutes in University Committee Meetings.
- Assisting with preparing meeting packs and course materials.
- Assisting with publicity and Student Recruitment events.
- To retrieve in a timely and accurate manner relevant data from the SITS/DELTA database.
- Assisting with updating notice boards
- General Admin duties when required.
