A large elderly and dementia nursing home in Glasgow currently has a vacancy for an RNLD, RGN or RMN qualified Unit Manager.

As Unit Manager, you will coordinate the planning and implementation of care within the unit in the service along with managing and monitoring service delivery. You will lead and develop the care and nursing team in the unit, motivating the teams to deliver the best possible standards of care and quality of life.
The successful candidate for this Unit Manager post will meet the following criteria:
• Qualified Adult General Nurse/RGN, Mental Health Nurse/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD
• Up to date NMC registration
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
• Confident delivering clinical leadership and management
