Time recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an exclusive Unit Manager post in Harrow, North West London. The company has a range of excellently rated care homes across the country however are still small enough to have that 'homely' feel in each home.

The home is a large, 150 bedded service providing elderly nursing care, dementia care and residential care. This is a particularly exciting opportunity as this home has not needed to recruit at all in the past 3 years! Staffing levels at this home are outstanding, stemming from a nurse qualified home manager who has been there for many years and puts every effort into staff training, development, and happiness. There's also a nurse on each unit, 7 care staff & support clinical leads who are on the floor as well as senior management.

As evidence of such work, the home has an outstanding CQC report, and does not use any agency or bank staff. This home was also voted in the TOP 20 care homes to work in within Greater London!

As a Unit Manager, you will play an important part in the day to day running of the Unit. We are looking for a motivated and inspirational Unit Manager, who can influence, engage, and exercise leadership throughout the team with an open communication style. We need somebody who can deliver a high standard of resident care and drive results within the elderly care setting. You can be assured to have the opportunity to train and maintain all skills in several areas while working here, including.

* Syringe driver
