An initial 6 month contract based in Milton Keynes paying up to £500 per day out of scope of IR35
Your new role
In your new role as Unified Communications Consultant you'll be within the IaaS Team within the wider ICT Operations. Primarily a 3rd line support role, but with direct customer interaction and the opportunity to develop and participate in project activities. You'll provide a professional, integrated and effective platform support service to customers and internal delivery teams.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you'll possess a strong technical background and have experience within an enterprise environment. You'll have knowledge of MS Lync 2013, Skype For Business, MS Exchange 2010/2013/2016, Powershell and Enterprise Vault for Exchange. You'll also have expert knowledge of Messaging Gateway technologies (Symantec), experience of Virtual Environments and working within a secure environment. You'll also have a strong background within service delivery with experience in working alongside many aspects of the ITIL3 environment, such as release to production, problem and change management. The ability to take a complex problem and drive through to the end goal, along with good problem solving and analytical skills.
Due to the nature of this work government security clearance if not already held will need to be obtained. The minimum clearance required for this role is SC.

In return, you'll be offered an initial 6 month contract with the potential to extend paying up to £500 per day out of scope of IR35. This role also offers flexible core working hours and the opportunity to obtain SC clearance if not already held.
