A small but well respected Lloyd's Syndicate is currently seeking to recruit an Underwriting Assistant to join their expanding Underwriting Team. The main purpose of the role will be to provide a dedicated administrative support service to the underwriters in the office and at the Lloyd's Box. This will involve data entry, document management, contract certainty checking and assisting with broker enquiries. This varied administrative position will suit and individual educated to Alevel standard (or equivalent) with excellent mathematical/numerical abilities. Individuals with previous experience within the Insurance Industry are of particular interest. In response the company will offer on the job training, sponsorship towards relevant qualifications (ACII) and a sociable and supportive working environment.
