A FANTASTIC opportunity has arisen to join the Administration team for one of our clients in the Knaresborough area as Underwriting Assistant. The successful candidate will be supporting the underwriters with the daily management of inboxes and general processing.

Main Job Responsibilities:
Provide complete administration support for the underwriting team
Processing correspondence, straightforward renewals, prerenewal activity and MTA’s
Assist and carry out insurance administration as required for both inbound and outbound client contact
Manage and process emails via live inbox management in line with department guidelines
Deliver outstanding customer service
Establish and develop business relationships with all stakeholders
Prioritise competing workloads

Person Specification:
A great team player with strong communication skills
High levels of accuracy in numeracy and literacy
Experience of using IT systems and Microsoft office packages
Office experience is desirable

This role is on a full time permanent basis Monday - Friday. In return for this our client is offering a salary of £18,000.
