A Building Society are looking for an Temporary Underwriting Administrator to join their busy office in Newport. If you have experience as a working within a Bank or Building Society and have excellent Administration skills then this is a great opportunity for you to join one of the best societies in wales. The successful applicant will be providing administrative support to the Underwriting team making sure that all mortgage applications are accurately processed. You will undertake electronic credit checks and status checks for mortgage applications as well as updating daily reports. Your role will also be to assist with managing electronic files for mortgage applications and assisting with general administration within the team.
Skills / Experience
- Customer service experience
- GCSE "C" in Maths and English
- Previous experience working in a Bank or Building Society is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skill
