Salary: £40,000 to £43,000 plus Bonus, Car or Car Allowance, Mobile, Laptop, Pension, 25 Days Holidays

Our client is a well-established market leading Tyre Manufacturer.

As a Business Development Manager / Key Account Manager you will be responsible for acting as the brand ambassador for our clients truck tyre product range.

You will support their chosen UK distributor with their sell in and sell out activity.

You will develop relationships with regional independent tyre dealers, tyre service providers and fleets to ensure our clients truck tyres is the preferred brand.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and achieving the Account plans to maximise the sales, market share, profit and volumes within the Accounts.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Develop, implement and achieve the Key Account plan.
  • Together with your Managing Director and Sales Director, you will develop and agree targets, together with agreed brand mix, pricing and margins.
  • Work with your team/customers to achieve all KPI's.

Person Specification:

The chosen candidate will be an experienced Senior Business Development Manager, Key Account Manager or National Account Manager from within the Truck tyre sector.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic, determined, will be organised, have a flexible and 'hands on' approach to work and be able to communicate and represent the company at all levels in a structured, dynamic and professional fashion.

The Business Development / Key Account Manager / National Account Manager must be able to demonstrate an innovative approach to developing sound profitable business and present convincing financial and business arguments to High-Profile Customers.
