Job title: UK Sales Co-Ordinator
Reports to: National Sales Support Supervisor
Our Pinxton based client is looking to recruit a UK Sales Co-Ordinator.
The primary objective of this position is to provide direct assistance to customers and external Sales staff in order to facilitate orders and fulfill customer requirement.
Job Requirements: include the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide first line response on incoming calls from customers. Facilitate their needs be they related to general enquiries, stock check requests or orders placed over the phone.
Provide a 'full service’ approach to sales administration making sure the customer and account manager are aware of the status of all orders as they progress right up to providing tracking numbers and delivery confirmations
Use the internal systems within the company to log leads, produce quotes, track lost orders and process and administrate incoming orders.
Work from a weekly backorder report to evaluate incoming products and then distribute appropriately and chronologically to orders which are already on the system
Work within a 'buddy system’ to coordinate directly with an outside account manager operating together to oversee a selection of accounts - making sure the account always has a regular point of contact within the operation and thus create a personal friendly feel to business
Deal with Export customers as part of the 'buddy system’ running stock enquiries and processing orders. This will include coordinating paperwork and packing details for export carriers to complete third party collections.

As a member of the sales administration team and a first line team member it is important to know that you have a can do attitude and will do all you can to facilitate their needs.

Over times there will be changes to the objectives for this position and thee will be added through catch ups sessions and appraisal led by the Operations Manager.
