SF Group are currently recruiting a UK HR Manager for a great manufacturing business based on the borders of Hereford and Worcestershire. The UK HR Manager will have overall responsibility for the people function including both strategic and operational remits to ensure the business continues to strive for their developmental aims. We are looking for a candidate on a permanent basis to join the team with a real passion for a manufacturing environment, strategic HR and offering a hands on developmental service.
Due to significant growth both within the UK and internationally, we require a UK HR Manager who is able to not only remain up to date with the ever-changing environment but one that aids the expansion and productivity of the company. Working with the senior management team, you will be tasked with representing the business from a people perspective and providing strategic support to the leadership team. Filling in current gaps within their strategic HR offering, you will be managing talent, recruitment and retention while providing a general oversight to key stakeholders in the UK and at HQ. Key areas of focus will be recruitment and retention, ensuring that we have the right people coming in and the means to ensure they remain, identifying key talent and providing succession plans to combat the issue of an ageing workforce and valuable strategic input that align with the company's vision and values.
An HR Manager who can display flexibility, creativity, incite and implement change where necessary and an eagerness to excel is vital. The successful applicant will demonstrate a professional but approachable attitude and someone who clearly displays and operates with a high level of commercial awareness.
