UK HR Coordinator

Your new role
This is a brand new role within the business. You will operate in a stand-alone nature, supporting numerous UK sites. You will purely be responsible for day to day, operational HR Administration, MI reporting, monitoring time and attendance, and rolling out group HR initiatives in the UK for the Global HR Director in Italy and work to maintain and improve employee performance in line with an organisation's objectives.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced and comfortable working at this level, be open to travel and ideally you will have worked for another international organisation.
