An international business with a UK Head Office for finance based in Slough

Description

To provide an effective, efficient and secure payroll service for all UK and European employees

Manage relationships with outsourced payroll providers

Proactively improve processes and procedures

Process share scheme awards via payroll

Manage changes to payroll process that may arise due to legislation or internal processes

Year End payroll reporting

Month end payroll journal

Monthly recondition of the payroll balance sheet

Respond to employee queries relation to HMRC and European authorities regarding payroll

Accurate payroll and bonus accounting

Ensure all taxable benefits are recorded

Profile

Excellent communication skills

Excellent attention to detail

Working knowledge of ADP

Ability to manage a small team

Advanced Excel

Knowledge of European payroll, ideally in France or Germany
